Our Tech Talent Scouts are looking for a Windows UX Support Engineer. Is that you?

Key Techs:

• Minimum 3 years in similar role
• Good knowledge with some concepts of Windows User Experience such as:

- DCS (DC Desired State Configuration), RDS (Remote Desktop Server), User Interface & Inbox Apps and Windows Virtual Desktop;

- Mgmt & Scripting (WINRM &WMI & Powershell), FSLogix, Printing / Universal Print and RDS hosted on Azure;

- App V (Application Virtualization), App Installation & Update and AppLocker;

• Knowledge of Networking concepts such as LDAP, SMB/CIFS, RPC and DNS
• Proficiency with Profiling, Debugging and Testing troubleshooting techniques

Awesome to have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• English (spoken and written)
• Familiar with programming and scripting languages such as C#, C/C++, PowerShell, etc.
• Certifications are valued such as MCP/MCSE
• Knowledge of Windows Internals
