We are looking for a TIBCO Developer to reinforce our team working on projects in the Telco Industry. This position represents an opportunity to work in an international environment.

What are we looking for?

• +5 years of experience developing with Tibco tools
• Provide technical leadership
• Mentor team members on best practices in software design, development, and processes
• Leading and coaching other developers

Personal traits:

• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients;
• Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy;
• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
• Willingness to collaborate with other players;
• Strong communication skills.
