Description

Dellent is a Portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused mainly on IT and Telecommunication services, and we are hiring Test Team Leader for a long term contract role.

You will be responsible for technical and functional analysis of processes and suggestions for improvements at the same time accompanied by cost/benefit analyses. You will be responsible too for team management and for creating a partnership relationship with the client.

Required Competences:

• Experience in quality activities;
• Experience in agile frameworks;
• Experience in team leading;
• Able to carry out data analysis, modelling, and definition of the complete technical landscape for testing (including policies, practices, and guidelines);
• Capable of integrating into an international/multilingual environment, rapid self-starting capability, and experience in team working;
• Good level of English – independent user;
• University degree in an ICT- related field.

Preferred Competencies:

• ISTQB Certification;
• International experience.
