We are looking for Technical Writer Junior Middle to integrate a project in Alfragide.

Profile:

- Produce descriptive information covering the software modules, the dependency to service execution and sales support processes from the end-users’ perspective;
- Support the technical support team to fulfill documentation and training requests from our regional support and product management teams;
- Create documentation and training deliverables based on existing frameworks and tools (e.g. Wiki, PowerPoint) by following internal processes, style guides and templates;
- Guide development teams to provide basic documentation of their work to ensure all new and changed functionality gets documented accordingly.
