We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer fluent in French for a finance project in Porto.

Requirements:

-3+ years of experience in a similar position;
- Experienced in production run support;
- WEB technology (Java JEE, WEB services, API);
- Tools: CMS, Oracle, database;
-Experienced with continuous integration principles and tools (GIT / Maven / Jenkins / Sonar / Nexus);
-Autonomous, strict with a high personal commitment;
- Be curious and proactive searching for new solutions;
- Be critical and constructive on the solutions analysis;
- Be able to keep calm and manage stress situations, such as errors in production;
- Be able to manage, follow and prioritize incidents;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to create and maintain collaborative work relationships with all stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, written and oral;
- Good analytical and organizational skills;
- Rigorous, autonomous and proactive;
- Self-motivated and results focused;
- Fluent in French.
