Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of work experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Demonstrated ability to develop recommendations and implement solutions based on client needs
• Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships
• Exposure to HR processes, such as sourcing, interviewing and candidate evaluation
• Ability to speak and write in English
• Ability to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
