This client is looking for a SAP FI-CO Team Lead, with a lot of experience in projects with SAP and skills of leadership.

Description

• Serves as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes & procedures associated with SAP FICO modules;
• Analyse business/technical requirements & translate process into practice through the current SAP application functionality;
• Develop, prototype, test & implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives;
• Understand non-SAP business systems and their interaction with SAP. Assist in the management of those systems as part of a Financial Systems management portfolio;
• Monitor team performance and motivate team members;
• Listening and giving feedback to problems raised by employees under their responsibility;
• Encouraging the creativity of team members user support;
• Supervise the resources and employees under their responsibility, organising and controlling their activities in order to comply with the service levels and defined results;
• Propose the improvement of operational procedures and processes, in line with the guidelines received, with a view to ensuring greater operational efficiency and effectiveness of your team;
• Supervise compliance with internal norms and standards, as well as applicable legislation and norms in force (national and international).

Profile

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Technology;
• At least 5 years of SAP implementation and with Team Lead functions;
• Solid project and workstream management experience in SAP transformation projects;
• Knowledge of SAP, namely in the Basis, FSCD and FICO modules;
• Leadership and time management skills;
• Fluent in English.
