Description

• Mobile App Deployment: Utilize our bespoke mobile builder to create Android and iOS applications for our clients. Ensure the successful execution of app upgrades on both platforms, maintaining strict attention to detail. Keep clients informed throughout the upgrade process, providing release notes and offering support to address any queries or issues that may arise.
• Web and Mobile Module Implementation: Take a lead role in ensuring the seamless implementation of various web and mobile modules available within our software suite. This entails close collaboration with internal departments to coordinate all aspects of implementation, from planning to execution. Additionally, maintain open lines of communication with clients, serving as a key liaison to guarantee that their unique needs and expectations are met during the module implementation process.
• Project Management: Effectively manage multiple implementation projects, adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to software configurations, implementations, and best practices.
• Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of our software products and collaborate with departments to tailor solutions to our clients.
• Training: Provide comprehensive training to clients, ensuring they are proficient in using our software to achieve their goals.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation process.
• Testing: Contribute to software development efforts as a tester, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Profile

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience working as an Implementation Specialist, with a track record of successful module implementations.
• Technical Proficiency: A strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex software solutions.
• T-SQL Proficiency: Proficiency in T-SQL (Transact-SQL) is crucial, as many of the implementation configurations involve direct database manipulation.
• Client-Focused: Exceptional client management skills with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding support.
• Project Management: Proven experience in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for training and documentation.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and success of software implementations.
