Surface Specialist @ Noesis Portugal

Description

The Surface Specialist Headcount role is responsible for growing Surface revenue within the Enterprise segment at Microsoft working directly with end customers.  

Function Scope:

•Identify a target list of accounts for positioning Surface. Prioritize potential target customer add accounts.

•Build to outreach plan (email/phone/direct relationship) to present the Surface value prop together with M365.

•Land business results with customers, focusing on potential target customer adds.

•Build the Surface approach and pipeline together with the partner internal account teams in order to scale and align on the customer messaging. 

•Co-sell with the modern work approach, especially on Surface Hub opportunities. 

•Act as business advisor and evangelize internal teams on the Surface value prop.

•Help driving Surface revenue continued growth on top of last year’s performance with a target of 20% YoY). 

•Help driving at least 4 Surface Customer Adds, supported by the MAL Accelerator Program for ADRs.  

 

Requirements:

 

 

•Preferred, but not required, degree in a related field

•Required fluency in the local language and English.

•Minimum 5 years and preferably selling premium devices and Microsoft technology.

•Preferred advanced user of Office suite.

•Preferred familiarity with Surface / other OEM products and an understanding of the Microsoft 365 solution

•Experience with Microsoft products and services in a sales environment

•Experience with Microsoft products and services

•Experience with account management/Business development

• Located either in Lisbon or Porto
