In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for a Support Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon (Hybrid).

What are we looking for?

- Good technical understanding of capital markets products and markets;
- Experience with Unix/Linux;
- Knowledge of PL/SQL, SQL and Oracle; 
- Ability to effectively convey complex information within simple and high impact communication;
- Logical, methodological, focused on delivery and being able to prioritize workloads;
- Availability to in shifts between 7 a.m. and until 6 p.m. shifts, with weekly rotation;
-Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

- Assist back-office users in their day to day work, troubleshooting issues and designing workarounds to reduce incidents and problems faced during the day;
- Act as single point of contact;
- Coordinate different teams when addressing transversal issues;
- Propose solutions, anticipate future needs and be proactive to reduce business impacts;
- Monitoring the platforms and managed via Daily checks to be performed and automated alerting.
