We are looking for a Support Analyst to work in a finance project in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
- Finding a solution to solve the technical and functional issues raised or forwarding the issue to the appropriate team and following-up issue resolving;
- Ensuring that a solution is provided within the appropriate timeframe depending on the issue’s priority;
- Coordinating and ensuring optimal communication between the different teams/stakeholders in your role as a single point of contact, including regular updates on the progress in case of blocking incidents;
- Supporting and Deploy vendor application, if and when needed;
- Documenting issues raised by the users and identified as a bug;
- Following up and taking action when necessary on the technical alert messages sent to the team’s common mailbox;
- Ensuring that the control tasks at the beginning of day and the daily feedback is performed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience;
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint);
- Experience with Unix;
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and methods;
- Fluency in english.
