We are looking for a Support Analyst for our team in Porto.

This person will be responsible:

• Incident management
• Problem/Change management
• Complex incident and Resolution
• Deployment support
• Evaluate, identify and execute the necessary preventive activities in order to avoid production issues
• On call support
• Bug Fixing

What are we looking for?

• Good Java Skills is mandatory
• Knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft PL/SQL
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of Shell /Bash Script
• Knowledge of Unix
• Good React JS
• Hibernate
• Knowledge of Spring

Personal traits:

• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients;
• Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy;
• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
• Willingness to collaborate with other players;
• Strong communication skills.
