We are looking for a Software Engineer/Architect to work in a finance project in Lisbon or Porto.

Requirements:

-Degree in Engineer;
-More than 3 years of professional experience;
- Expert in Java J2EE IT language, Java fullstack (angular), JSON, web technologies, WebSphere;
-SQL and PL/SQL with experience in Oracle database;
- Experience with Shell, Infrastructure, control-M, Citrix, Linux Redhat and Windows;
- Knowledge of GIT or other version control tool, deployment tools like Jenkins;
- Eclipse development and testing platform;
- Experience with Agile practices (Scrum);
-Jira and ServiceNow or another IT Service Management tools;
- Capable and organized team player with excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills;
- Rigorous, autonomous and proactive;
- Capable of sharing ideas and best practices within the team and across the organization for the benefit of the business;
- Self-motivated and results focused;
- Fluent in French.

Nice to have:

- ETL Informatica;
- Understanding of code review tools like SONAR or CAST;
- Financial Asset Management knowledge;
- Insurance knowledge;
- Experience with financial software package as Inetum Starcust, Neoxam Tracker, Finastra Fusion invest, Sage T1000;
- Experience with cloud applications.

Responsabilities:

- Handle support and development of the business applications of IT department;
- Handle development/design projects using Java, Oracle, etc;
- Study user requirement, develop specifications, design, review code and implement systems in line with Group standards and requirements in order to meet user requirements;
- Deploy the technical solution on production platform with ITG teams (IOPS, BP2i DBA, etc), update installation and exploitation documents, monitor production platform;
- Drive incident resolution efforts and corresponding cross-team discussions, ensuring that disruption to IT services are minimized, and that required actions are being taken by the appropriate support representatives to resolve the issue timely and permanently;
- Participating in development for ongoing enhancements and incident tickets;
- Further enhance, Trouble-shoot, understand & resolve problems related to existing systems in order to meet user requirements and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems.
