Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

 

 

  • Master's degree or higher degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service chain and incident, problem and change processes;
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies, Client/Server technologies, Networks, Supply Chain Management technologies from a solution-oriented perspective;
  • Azure Cloud knowledge (Nice to have);
  • Service Now knowledge (Nice to have);
  • Knowledge of ITIL Framework (Nice to have);
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
