Our client is looking to hire a Service & Project Manager to join their Lisbon offices.

Description

  • Work as a project and service operational interlocutor, internally and externally, for the Clients of your portfolio;
  • Coordinate the teams in the implementation of projects and services, according to clients' needs and expectations, managing scope, deadlines and quality criteria (Ex: SLAs) agreed with them;
  • Register, control and manage the potential risks associated with the execution of the project and/or rendering the service to the Client, involving the necessary teams, including the Client when relevant, in the preparation of mitigation and contingency plans;
  • Participate actively and proactively in controlling and maximizing project profitability;
  • Monitor and report the progress of the project and the delivery of the service according to the specifications and/or requirements established initially;
  • Support the definition of corrective and preventive actions in the face of problem situations detected during the service delivery, coordinating its subsequent implementation;
  • Generate the creation, maintenance and analysis of the records inherent in the provision of the service;
  • Follow-up with the activities of the technical teams affected by the service you manage;
  • Ensure, when applicable, escalation of all situations occurring outside the scope of the service contracted by the Customer;
  • Proactively work with a view to preventing possible failures in the provision of services at various levels, as well as performing tasks that can install "added value" in the service provided;
  • Actively participation in surveying customer needs and / or promoting new business opportunities, in close collaboration with business teams;
  • Prepare, present and analyse with the Client the reporting of project activities and / or service delivery.

Profile

  • High Degree or equivalent (training ou professional experience);
  • 2+ years' experience in similar functions;
  • Large Knowledge in the IT area;
  • Knowledge of Project Management and Service Management;
  • Certifications in Service Management Methodologies (ITIL, ISO20000, CoBIT or similar);
  • Certifications in Project Management methodologies (PMI and/or PMA);
  • Fluency in English.
