We are looking for a Service Manager to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- At least 5 years of proven professional experience as a Project Manager, Service Architect or Service Manager with focus in IT sector;
- Solid experience in services and infrastructure environment;
- Hands-on in customer management and problem solving skills;
- Good knowledge and experience in Cloud (Azure and/or AWS);
- Knowledge in DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
- Fluency in English.

Main Responsabilities:
- Analyze the business requirements and processes to support the design and development of infrastructure services;
- Contribute to quality reviews;
- Define the strategy and architecture of the service;
- Implement the necessary ITIL processes.
