We currently have a team of highly qualified professionals, with a wide range of know-how on the IT field, which allows to take on tech challenges and succeed.

We are looking for a Service Desk Technician for a long term project for a client in Aveiro area.

Experience / Key Skills
- 3+ years experience in Service Desk position;
- Degree or professional technical course in information technology, information security or related areas;
- Solid experience in desktop hardware, corporate software, Windows 7/10 and Wi-Fi connectivity;
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft Azure/Office365 administration;
- Logical and methodical problem-solving skills;
- Ability to convey technical issues simply to end-users;
- Understanding of customer service skills showing empathy, confirming understanding, effective listening etc;
- Residence in Aveiro/Porto (mandatory);
- Ability to communicate technical information at various levels, depending on the interlocutor;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English;
- Mastery of spoken and written Spanish is valued.
