Randstad Professionals is recruiting for a multinational company in the energy sector and they want to reinforce their structure with a Service Delivery Manager (m/f)

This role includes the following tasks:

- Report to the head of IT deputy the service metrics;
- Responsible for daily operations support;
- Responsible for ensuring that service levels are maintained;
- Focal point for reporting Operational and Security incidents and will coordinate resolution and follow-up;
- Ability to prioritize under challenging workloads and operations under time constraint is crucial;
- Must follow established procedures and sufficiently document change and resolution steps;
- Using monitoring applications to identify incidents;
- Coordinate with the business areas with the goal of managing the service (small and medium project office);
- Monitor and control the service provider;
- Financial control of providers.

requisitos/requirements
The main requirements are the following:

- Degree in IT or similar area;
- Certified in PMP;
- +5 years of experience working in the utilities sector;
- +5 years of experience working with Managing IT Projects;
- Experience managing external providers;
- Experience in advanced business intelligent architectures;
- Experience managing a service;
- Experience requirement definition and change management;
- Experience defining testing scenarios and use cases;
- Experience in project management;
- Advanced English level.
