Principais responsabilidades

• Project deployment: Network design validation and definition of HLD and/or LLD (High Level Design/Low Level Design). System commissioning and integration, function testing, service migration/swap, acceptance etc...
• Pre-sales support: develop service proposal, analyze TCO from technical point of view.
• Manage technical migration (Core BBIP and IP aggregation layer), including high and low level documents (migration procedure, service test, scripting) and coordinate the operation.
• Technical Support: New technology introduction. Feature Introduction, implementation and monitoring. Technical issue handling with R&D and Customer team.
• Handle customer tickets and emergency support for product portfolio.

Perfil desejado

• Recognized industry certification for IP and Ethernet technologies (valid CCIE/CCDE or JNCIE)
• Deep understanding of Telco Fixed Network IP technologies, standards, architectures
• Excellent and proven IP architecture and design skills in the Telco (ILEC, CLEC, MSO) industry
• Strong know-how of products associated with Telco Fixed Networks (Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel-Lucent), skills on Huawei Router portfolio desirable
• Deep understanding of operator business model, operational needs and processes
• strong end-to-end thinking (services, network, TI/IT)

Soft Skills

• well-developed ability to communicate with customers and internally
