Randstad Professionals is recruiting for a client that are specialized in web application development and business consulting and wants in the banking area, to reinforce its structure with a Security & Continuity Manager (m/f).

This role includes the following tasks:
1. Project Security Requirements and Solutions:
- Asses risks on business projects
- Security, Continuity and Data Privacy requirements
- Work with IT security specialists to defines security solutions
- Onboard business project to monitor implementation of requirements and solutions
- Identified projects residual risks
2. Level 2 controls:
- Take part to the design and the maintenance of the level 2 control plan;
- Operate level 2 controls on a given scope;
- Report on the control plan execution and on the compliance level of the control results
3. Risk mapping:
- Assess the risk for your local business
- Feed the risk mapping in the global tool (ARCHER)
4. Remediation plan:
- Issue requests for remediation when control results are not compliant;
- Negotiate remediation action plans and due dates with the stakeholders (first line of defense mainly)
- Follow-up the remediation action plans and raise alerts when appropriate
- Report on the progress of the remediation plan
requisitos/requirements
The main requirements are the following:
- You have a good knowledge of the information system; of IT security and risk analysis;
- Ideally, you are certified to a security or IS audit standard (e.g. CISA, CISM, GIAC, CISSP, ISO Lead Implementor 27001, ISO Risk Manager 27005, etc.) ;
- You like to work in a team and have good interpersonal skills;
- You have a good oral and written communication;
- You know how to lead meetings;
- You have a good command of written and spoken English and French;
- Knowledge of the banking environment would be an additional asset to succeed in the position.
