Description

• Gathering and analysing business/functional requirements and translating them into design specifications;
• Support the integration projects through various phases from gathering business requirements to go-live and post-implementation support;
• Responsible for delivering interfaces between SAP and Non-SAP systems, that combine business processes with software SAP development tools;
• Support the assessment of change requests (corrections, enhancements), proposing and developing solutions by SAP PI/PO;
• Contribute in 3rd level support of SAP PI/PO system (Incident Management, Problem Management, troubleshooting, etc);
• Ensure compliance with the client's IT processes;
• Create and maintain end-to-end functional/technical designs for interfaces;
• Suggest improvements to current operational procedures within integration environment;
• Support setup of governance rules in the integration area.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as SAP PI/PO developer;
• Should be able to coordinate with customer and offshore team;
• Experience in PI development, with good knowledge in PI 7.5 Single Stack (JAVA);
• Experience in re-designing of existing interfaces according to SAP PI/PO 7.5 standards;
• Managing the SLD (creation of business systems, transporting software components versions and migrating namespaces from PI to PO), changes in mappings in the repository;
• Should have strong expertise in all the standard adapters of PI/PO IDOC_AAE, SOAP, JDBC, JMS, SFTP, RFC, SOAP, MAIL, FILE adapters;
• Experience in the JAVA mapping and UDFs;
• Experience in the RFC lookups;
• Configuration and customization of PI-Basis functions like setting up of RFC Destinations, Port and Partner Profiles, authorizations in both ECC and PI/PO;
• Worked on Unit testing, System Integration Testing for all integrations from legacy systems and third party systems, fixed bugs and connectivity issues for all adapters like SFTP, IDOC;
• Managed the go-live of interfaces and provided support during the Hypercare duration;
• Experience in Transport & Release of the Designed and Configured objects by using File and CTS Transport Mechanism;
• Solid ABAP knowledge;
• Support junior/medium team mates and off-shore teams.
