We are looking for Salesforce Analyst Junior to integrate a project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- Gathering project functional and technical requirements from the PO and translating them in Jira into processes, diagrams, mockups and acceptance criteria;
- Participate in the Agile ceremonies;
- Working closely with the tech lead to transform the big technical issues into functional topics;
- Working closely with the PM to make roadmaps, storymaps and estimation reports;
- Preparing monthly report for the client that includes the overall feedback of every release;
- Implemented Salesforce Service Cloud. Built custom solutions with salesforce.com onfigurations (flows, process builder, etc…), Apex and Lightning components, which support most critical processes and workflows at real estate company;
- Implemented Service Cloud including: Service Console, Customer Portal & Communities;
- Continuous Integration with automated unit test runs;
- Designed and implemented integrations with multiple platforms such as SAP, ServiceOne.
