Innotech is currently recruiting a QA Tester (M/F) to communicate with stakeholders across the board, including internal customers, managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives.

The main responsibilities are:

• Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures;
• Must be able to identify all components of the QA plan and different types of test;
• Responsible for checking software products/solutions, for defects or issues;
• Run various tests on software to ensure it meets all standards and guidelines and is ready;
• Generate reports, work with software developers to correct issues;

Must Have:

• Experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role;
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture;
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) and regression testing;
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors;
• Good level of English: spoken and written.

Nice to Have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications or similar;
• Experience working with international projects is a plus;
• ISTQB Certified;
• Knowledge Test Automation Tools (Selenium and/or Others).

• Receptive listening skills, with ability to present ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Ability self-manage, take initiative and be resourceful;
