Project Administrator role offers an opportunity to work in a positive, supportive, and driven international environment with the goal of helping the company to introduce large scale IT Infrastructure transformation.
Administrative related activities supporting the lead project manager(s) in planning and executing the project scope.
Tracking progress and various project related tasks and updating the master excel sheet;
Submitting required change request tickets in Service-Now/PDSM;
Tracking change process – to make sure actions completed in time;
Compile weekly statistical reports as instructed by the project manager;
Coordinate and schedule meetings when required;
Attend meetings, summarize minutes and distribute actions and discussion points when required;
Maintain and store project documents in a database share (Sharepoint, O365)

requisitos/requirements
Project Administrator will accomplish tasks as instructed by the respective project manager in collaboration with cross-functional and cross-country teams while maintaining a professional and positive environment of respect with all team members.
High command of English, written and spoken;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Demonstrated organization skills and excellent time management with ability to prioritize work based on business needs;
Self-starter, able to work with limited supervision
Three to five years administrative related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
With strong background using MS Office - Power Point, Microsoft Word and high proficiency of Excel;
Familiar PDSM – used for change management;
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment;
Ability to analyze data, as well as to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency;
Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure environments and general knowledge on principals of IT networks will be a plus, but is not a mandatory requirement;
