We currently have a team of highly qualified professionals, with a wide range of know-how on the IT field, which allows to take on tech challenges and succeed.

We are looking for an experienced Product Support Engineer for a long term role in a project in Lisbon.

Requirements & Qualifications:
-Degree in Engineering or other technology-related degrees (BSc, MSc);
-Knowledge of Databases (SQL Server and Oracle, MySQL is a plus);
-Knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS, SMTP, SSH;
-Availability for Shifts, On-call, working on weekends and Holidays;
-Ability to deconstruct problems in smaller pieces;
-Curious about new technologies; proactively searching the market for solutions;
 Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently;
- Strong organizational skills;
- English fluency.
