Your responsibilities:
- Understand and interpret customers needs by: searching for industry (fashion) evolution, doing competitive benchmarking and monitoring user behaviour;
- Supervise KPIs evolution of specific given problems;
- Be autonomous exploring, defining solutions and creating specifications for existing features / flows;
- Work with tech and UX teams to find smart solutions to "try-fail-learn-improve" faster on those problems;
- Work on prioritization of those solutions with the other PMs, supporting decisions with "effort vs value" exercises;
- Work with UX in wireframing and early prototyping defined solutions;
- Support Senior Product Managers in creating specifications for new features / flows;
- Communicate with Customer Service team, giving feedback on the status of reported live issues; report issues to the technical team and prioritize them into the backlog or/and current sprints;
- Support Senior Product Managers on the communication with international teams of new product deliveries.
You come with:
- Analytical mindset and pragmatic decisions;
- Previous experience as Product Manager in a B2B or B2C company
- Good written and verbal communication skills: fluency in English is mandatory;
- Self-motivation and team-oriented work attitude.
