What are you going to do?

  • As a Product Analyst, you will support the Product Owners and their respective areas of the product roadmap, as well as working with the wider team to deliver great financial services for the company customers;
  • Ensuring the accuracy and rigour of all analysis, lifting the benchmark across the business
  • Be the subject matter expert for the product and delivery team;
  • Be the bridge between business and delivery team;
  • Define and analyse problems using multiple analysis tools and techniques;
  • Writing User Stories and technical interface specifications;
  • Support with User Acceptance Testing.

 

What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience a Product Analyst;
  • Experience in all stages of the SDLC - requirements analysis, design, development and deployment;
  • Experience with Agile methodology;
  • Experience with agile development documentation tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence;
  • Experience within the financial services sector;
  • A deep understanding of core banking and payments systems is highly beneficial;
  • Experience running A/B and multivariate tests to gather customer feedback;
  • Fluency in English
