Description

This client is looking for a PMO Specialist with a experience supports the prioritization and management of the digital initiatives of the OpCo, aiming to add optimal value and driving maturity growth in the OpCo via communities of Business Process Owners, Product Owners and Project Managers, coordinating projects' resource availability and need (both on a financial and capacity level), in line with the organization's portfolio and strategy.

Description

  • Supports the "results drumbeat" in the OpCo, including change calendar and WoW, governance, and a stage-gate process, on an operational level, by tracking progress and risks of the program, establishing tracking, roadblocks and a risk management process, and supporting program and post-implementation reviews;
  • Supports key PMO stakeholders networks and communities of practice, ensuring alignment reg. WOW, project status and resources availability and need;
  • Maintain the portfolio management and financial control drumbeat across the organization projects' portfolio;
  • Supports implementation of change management tools and communications for the D&T function;
  • Supports the change management plan for big projects and day-to-day execution for total D&T and key D&T programs;
  • Coordinates change processes and communications across D&T and the broader OpCo, for lesser complex projects;
  • Supports the implementation of change plans, including new ways of working, processes and key meetings, in close coordination with HR.

Profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Management, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the area;
  • Experience with transformational and/or digital programs;
  • Experience with agile project management methodology;
  • Financial/ Budget control experience;
  • Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business;
  • Ability to drive tasks to fruition, and problem solve when needed;
  • Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with leaders across the business;
  • Good leadership and communication skills;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
