• Degree in Computer Science, Management Informatics or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application support functions, analysis and incident resolution;
• Knowledge of PL/SQL;
• Knowledge of Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports;
• Experience with Shell Script and Pro*C;
• Autonomy, proactivity and team spirit;
• Customer oriented;
• Knowledge of English.
