Minimum qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years, provable experience as a Senior PEGA System Architect in Case Management area
• Design and configuration of business processes in PEGA 8 technology – Case Management
• Active collaboration with Lead System Architects
• Coaching and supporting other Scrum team members
• Testing and debugging systems
• Analysis of business requirements and translation into implementable system solutions,
• Documenting works
• Professional experience in the development and operation of complex IT solutions preferably based on PEGA
• Dedicated know-how in as SCRUM, Design Thinking, and agile development

Valued qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
• Good level of English
