Description

Ensuring platform availability and troubleshooting in the event of a problem

Monitoring, administration and configuration of the system

Creation of operating and user documentation

Implementation of deployments and adoption of newly developed solutions in a regular operation

Process optimization and service improvement

Scripting and automation of recurring processes

Collaboration in the further development of the entire platform

Profile

Candidate with 2+ years of professional experience

Experience with support, administration and installation of IT enterprise applications, ideally in the OpenText product environment

Good knowledge in the areas of Microsoft Windows Server and/or Linux

Good scripting skills (Perl, Python or Windows PowerShell) and practical experience with databases

Focus on: Administration

Knowledge in ITIL Process Framework

English - fluent
