For our office in Lisbon, we are looking for Operations Engineers, who can dig deep into complex technical problems and give professional remote support to our customers.
 

Responsibilities:
• Provide professional remote support
• Resolve complex technical issues
• Analyze customer needs and provide solutions
• Work closely together with team members and colleagues
• Provide critical product feedback
 

Job profile:
• Academic degree in ICT, software and/or telecom
• Natural technical insight
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of C#
• Strong affinity with MS Windows
• Experience with HTML, XML, client-server systems and SNMP
• Profound knowledge of TCP/IP, multithreading, Web Services, .Net Remoting and Wireshark
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
