Dellent is a Portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused mainly on IT and Telecommunication services, and we are hiring an Operations Analyst Consultant for a project in Porto.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree, CET or equivalent in a computer related subject;
- An affinity with: O/S – Windows, Linux and/or Solaris;
- Knowledge of: MS SQL/Oracle; Nagios; Juniper/Cisco as well as TCP/IP, TCPdump, Nessus, Snort;
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes. Scripting language (Shell/Perl/PHP/Python);
- Enthusiasm combined with a collaborative attitude;
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
- English is a must, as it will be used on a daily basis to communicate with other teams and customers;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
