Description

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor Production and Acceptance

• Monitor technical environments and networks

• Escalate alerts

• Ensure system availability and backups

• Integrate intern products into customer environments

• Manage version changes of intern products with R&D teams

• Set up and monitoring of technical infrastructure with ITCS

• Analyse risks and impacts of changes

• Define operating procedures

• Communicate incident reports

• Maintenance of business and technical components

• Pilot the external partners

• Manage and optimize the IS

• Develop production tools

• This position has alternate shift hours between 6 am and 7pm PT

• Possibility in medium-term to implement on-call rotation between all team members

Hard skills:

• Fluent French and English, written and spoken

• Linux, Windows, and IBM i5 systems

• Shell scripting

• SQL language

• Databases: Oracle, Postgres, SQL Server

• TCP/IP Soft Skills

• Good communication skills

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Adaptability and autonomy/self-organization

• Teamwork

• Performance management
