Description

We are looking for someone that could work on the following practices inside of Digital Success Workplace:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Video conference and event support ( Zoom )
• Local Area Network and Wide Area Network connectivity troubleshooting
• Support in hardware assets logistics
• Gathering feedback from end users and support in building new business cases
• Support for other departments in opening new offices across the globe
• Setup and maintenance of digital workplace technologies across all client offices globally :
• Biometrics systems
• Printers
• Virtual / physical phones
• Digital Whiteboards

Requirements:

• Technical background, both in software as in end user hardware
• Experience in Google Suite
• Experience in conferencing technologies ( Zoom, Google Meets )
• Experience in Audio and Video is a plus
• Experience in Mac and / or Windows
• Curious about new technologies, proactively searching the market for solutions
• Solid English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Availability for traveling and for predominantly in - office work
