We are recruiting a Lead People Operations

Manage team of responsible for the company PT HR operations, including, benefits administration, HR compliance, and payroll
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
Create and maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS tool (Personio)
Statistical reporting to internal management (e.g. employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, employee turnover) and external agencies (e.g. government
agencies, insurance companies, unions etc.)
Continuously improve — and humanize — business operations and work to create a positive employee experience. 
Become a strategic driver in developing and implementing state of the art HR policies and concepts (e.g., benefits, hybrid working models, New Normal) throughout the organization 
Mange execution of all major HR Administration and Payroll topics,  
Initiate and contribute to projects that inspire our MB.ioneers to excel in a collaborative and empowering workplace


requisitos/requirements
Proven experience in Human Resources, especially in people administration (> 5 years)
preferably in an international environment 
Solid understanding of labour legislation and payroll process  
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices 
Proactive personality that just loves to get things done 
Enjoy working detail-oriented and taking over responsibility 
Strong ability to learn and adapt in a remote and physical setup 
Ability to be self-organized and agile, with a hands-on and cooperative mindset 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
