We are building a Data Analytics team to support our client in the USA for an exciting new project in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical area.

Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of Software Engineers and accountable of the team's Sprint Commitments;
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and act as a coach for the team;
- Maintain high morale and motivate the team to go above and beyond;
- Design, Development and Implementation of Performant Data Systems at Scale;
- Allocating Tasks, Tracking and Monitoring them to meet Sprint and Release Commitments;
- Communicating with Business Stakeholders and Vendor teams;

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software product development experience with a strong understanding of Design Patterns, Design Principles, Data Structures, Algorithms, Non-functional Requirements with Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills;
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team;
- Hands-on experience in RDBMS (SQL, Oracle etc.) and NoSQL (Mongo DB, Cassandra etc.);
- Development experience in ETL tools;
- Experience with design, development and implementation of Enterprise Data Warehouse;
- Good understanding of Data Management best practices and Data Analytics;
- Good understanding of back-end Data Management and front-end Data Visualization;
- Experience in Agile Methods, Scrum Ceremonies, Jira, Confluence etc.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.);
- Experience developing high-performing, secure, production-quality code;
- Nice to have: Experience with AWS platform, specifically Lambda, API Gateway, IAM;
