Minimum qualifications:

  • +5 years of experience
  • Good understanding of network technologies, components, and setup in depth
  • Understanding of key network protocols (OSI L2-L5 Level)
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of core network technologies (WLAN, LAN, WAN & SD-Networks)
  • Troubleshooting of issues in existing setups and assistance in new implementations 
  • Ability to work on shifts or ON-CALL support 24x7
  • ITIL good understanding of processes
  • Certification is CCNP or equal

Valued qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or software development
  • Good understanding of market change and incident management market tools (SNOW)
