We are looking for  Junior Incident Manager – Digital FSI for our team.
 

About the role

In the context of a enlarging Celfocus footprint on our FSI support operations team, we are looking for an Junior Incident Manager to be part of our Tactical teams under the Managed Services Digital perimeter.

You will be responsible for the Incident Management process, assuring the Triage, Troubleshoot and traceability of the Non-Production relevant occurrences, assure the readiness and reliability of the full ecosystem of our customer platform, guaranteeing it responds and availability to delivery and development teams, certification and quality stakeholders and customer and market requirements, increasing and improving its flexibility, effectiveness, and maintenance.

You will be integrated in a Site reliability engineers team, under a L1/L2 team, focus on faults resolution with full engagement with the ITSM resolutory teams, assuring real time follow up over the observability platforms, ITSM tools and Change process.
 

What are we looking for?

• Understanding dirtirbuted architectures and API integration concepts;
• Knowledge of reporting/logging (Logstash, Splunk, Tableau);
• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or similar.

• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients;
• Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy;
• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
• Willingness to collaborate with other players;
• Strong communication skills.
