We are looking for  Junior Incident Engineer for our team in a client in Porto or Lisbon area.

About the role

You will be responsible for the Incident Management process, assuring the Triage, Troubleshoot and traceability of the Insurance company system faults occurrences, assure the readiness and reliability of the full ecosystem of our customer platform, guaranteeing it responds and availability to delivery and development teams, certification and quality stakeholders and customer and market requirements, increasing and improving its flexibility, effectiveness, and maintenance.
You will be integrated in a Operations team, under a L1/L2 ITIL Level, focus on faults resolution with full engagement with the ITSM resolutory teams, assuring real time follow up over the observability platforms, ITSM tools and Change process.

What are we looking for?

• Understanding distributed architectures and API integration concepts.
• Knowledge of ticketing tools (JIRA)
• High School / Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Communication effectiveness – fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory)
• Availability to work on shifts (planned).

• Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy
• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included
• Willingness to collaborate with other players
• Strong communication skills
