Description

• Hardware and software component support.
• Configuration, maintenance, and repair of printers.
• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Profile

• Minimum of High School qualifications, ideally in IT.
• Minimum experience of two years in area.
• Knowledge of SQL Database, Active Diretory, Windows Server, Office 365, Powershell, IBM iSeries Systems, Storage.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Good ability to organise and manage multiple ongoing tasks.
• Sense of responsibility.
