Description

Randstad Shared Services works to provide unique professional development for Shared Services Centers and to help our clients look for talent in different areas such as finance, IT, contact center, HR and marketing.

This professional will esure that daily operations of the site are supported by efficient IT support

descrição da função/job description
- Incident / Request ticket resolution to SLA through global Service Desk;
- Maintain KB articles as relevant to ticket resolution and research completed;
- Operating local infrastructure, and upgrading it;
- Maintain 100% compliance with Software licensing at supported location/locations
- Management of applications / equipment not under global support process
- Local data backup and recovery process
- Local operational costs management, such as telephony, maintenance contracts




requisitos/requirements
- Relevant Degree in IT or Equivalent Experience
- ITIL Foundations Certified (plus)
- At least 1yrs IT support in a large company;
- Experience working with ITIL transition management (plus)
- Fluent english (mandatory)
- Available to travel.
