Description

Mission:

  • The IT Strategy Lead manages the IT unit responsible for shaping and transforming IT services, in line with business needs and organization strategy;
  • Focused on the applied research, experimentation and development of working prototypes for targeted priorities, with focus on data analytics.

Main Duties:

1.Leadership and Management

  • Provide leadership, vision and direction to the IT services portfolio to ensure it will contribute to the company achieving its goals;
  • Work with the Head of IT and other IT managers to develop overall IT strategy in the context of the business strategy;
  • Define and enhance methodologies and practices for the application life cycle management in line with best practice and practical experience of continuous improvement.

2.IT Services Governance and Strategy

  • Presents gap analyses and/or IT investment roadmaps that reflect the status of the existing IT estate, namely, its ability to contribute to future-state business capabilities around ecosystems and digital platforms;
  • Overseeing the assessment of the technical and business fitness of the application portfolio and their associated costs and risks;
  • Working with stakeholders to define a prioritized set of business outcomes and application work to accomplish those outcomes within the limitations of the application budget;
  • Collaborates with delivery teams to ensure consistency with the enterprise architecture, as well as to leverage shared technologies, tools and processes that impact speed to value and time to market.

3.Leads and coordinates the Enterprise Architecture and the Data Analytics & Innovation teams

  • Promotes the business value of EA as an enabler of strategy formulation, and as support for technology innovation, which drives the organization's top and bottom lines;
  • Positions the EA practice at the intersection of business and IT. Ensures the EA practice is designed and enabled to help formulate, translate and execute business strategy;

Profile

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, system analysis or equivalent experience;
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role;
  • Professional experience working as an Enterprise Architect, Solutions Architect or Business Relationship Manager;
  • Business experience in strategic and operations planning and/or business analysis;
  • Experience in at least three disciplines, such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations in a multitier environment;
  • Knowledge of business ecosystems, cloud infrastructures, integration platforms;
  • Team design and management;
  • Development and implementation of processes and policies Lean IT, agile development, and DevOps principles and frameworks, ITIL;
  • Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations;
  • English level - proficient/fluent (C2).
