Description

  • Act as a consulting and coordinating link within the globally operating Corporate IT
  • Strengthening of the service management team and holistic responsibility for the IT services provided to our customers
  • Definitions, optimization and monitoring of ITSM processes
  • Create and maintain IT related Service Descriptions and Statement of Works
  • Identify record, specify and implement customer requirements.
  • Collaboration and management of service providers and suppliers
  • Preparation and execution of service review and management meetings
  • Monitoring and control of service quality and adherence to schedules in the regular operation phase

Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in a Business or Information Systems related field or comparable Education
  • 5 years of experience in a comparable position with close customer contact
  • Strong communication skills in direct customer contact as well as methodological competence in IT service management
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and knowledge in the area of IT outsourcing/IT Services
  • Experience with Project Management
  • Strong customer facing, administration and quality control skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work equally well as part of a team or individually and manage own workload.
  • Fluent in English.
