Description

• Lead the information technology department in implementing and maintaining programs designed to protect, secure, and administer the company's information operations;
• Develop and oversee IT strategic planning, including IT budget and personnel, systems and applications, and process optimization;
• Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies;
• Integrates new software and platforms into existing computer systems to ensure that technology is optimized;
• Establishes IT goals and timelines for projects;
• Establishes and maintains relationships with technology vendors and negotiates services and contracts;
• Discuss, provide alternatives, recommend, and implement technology-based solutions.

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Computer Engineering or related fields;
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management;
• Knowledge of current and emerging IT service management practices;
• Demonstrated achievement in leading and implementing information technology solutions;
• Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems;
• Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations;
• Expert technical knowledge and skills in developing and delivering IT strategy, architecture, and roadmap;
• Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, agile and lean methodologies;
• Leadership and team-building skills;
• Big-picture thinking;
• English level - proficient.
