Description

  • Execute scoping, requirements analysis and estimation for new business project requests from any operating company and/or business unit working directly with internal or third-party vendor teams. Create, manage and review AFEs using the defined scoping and estimation process, to ensure the timely implementation of all requests;
  • Evaluate and test new or modified software releases to verify that applications function according to user requirements and conform to company guidelines and recommend changes or corrections to applications to eliminate errors or to improve stability and responsiveness while managing and tracking project status on dedicated project management tool;
  • Act as liaison between IT and assigned business units for distributing information from IT related information to the departments and managing the business changes associated with releasing new information technology solutions to the business ensuring alignment and liaising directly with the IT Corporate Business Analysis Manager;
  • Collaborate with other business analysts and project team members across the department and share knowledge and experience that can be leveraged for cross project purposes or for improvement in the business analysis process in general;
  • Resolve project issues throughout the project and release life cycle by working directly with third party vendors or other internal groups; escalating issues as necessary for resolution;
  • Communicate progress to the IT Corporate Business Analysis Manager and internal costumers and identify, analyse risks and anticipate potential deviations that could affect the effective implementation of the project, proposing solutions and actions to prevent their occurrence and make mitigating decisions or report appropriately as issues arise;
  • Develop and deliver, as needed, quality project documentation according to standards as well as training materials and documentation for new systems and business processes;
  • Provide second-level support and training to users to ensure correct and efficient use of the applications; provide high-level administrative support within the applications for functions that are outside of the business' administrative functions.

Profile

  • Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience;
  • 5 years' experience in scoping and requirements gathering for large and complex software development projects, preferably in a multinational environment;
  • 3 years' experience in Business Analysis role for large and complex software development projects, preferably in a multinational environment;
  • Good knowledge of building, developing and designing operational and financial systems as well as experience of data models;
  • Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);
  • High Proficiency in MS Office.
