• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Informatics or equivalent; 
• Previous experience of 5 years in the field of software asset management; 
• Excellent knowledge of managing, optimizing, overseeing, and monitoring data retrieval, storage, and distribution;
• Notions in the context of asset management in ServiceNow;
• Autonomy and proactivity; 
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
