Description

The Infrastructure Support Analyst will provide a bridge between the Infrastructure and Service Desk teams focused on monitoring of core infrastructure services and prioritizing the resolution of support incidents and problems escalated by the service desk.

Our client is an Architecture, Urbanism and Design Multinational Company.

Description

  • Actively monitoring the incident management support system (HOTH);
  • Actively monitoring the network & server support solutions (HP SIM, HP OneView, Veeam, VMWare & PRTG);
  • Actively monitoring the centralized alerting mailbox;
  • Co-ordinating support with 3rd party entities for the resolution of hardware and software incidents;
  • Adhering to and promoting current ITIL based framework procedures and work methodology.

Profile

  • Excellent communication skills with professional presentation is mandatory;
  • Fluent English is mandatory;
  • Microsoft certification;
  • ITIL framework certification;
  • Prior support experience in a infrastructure based support role;
  • Experience in an ITIL based environment is a plus;
  • Experience with supporting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019;
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot is valued.
