We are looking for Infrastructure Product Manager (m/f) to integrate a project in Lisbon.

Profile

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or similar;
- More than 5 years’ experience in IT Service-related industry;
- Knowledge of key aspects of Service Delivery, project processes and business characteristics;
- Significant experience in customer relationship management;
- Ability to understand and manage supplier and service provider relationships;
- knowledge of ServiceNow tools and Agile;
- Solid technical infrastructure IT background.
