We are looking for Infrastructure Product Manager to integrate a project in Lisbon.

Profile
Technical skills
Must Have:
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or similar
• More than 5 years’ experience in IT Service-related industry
• Knowledge of key aspects of Service Delivery, project processes and business characteristics
• Significant experience in customer relationship management
• Ability to understand and manage supplier and service provider relationships
• Solid technical infrastructure IT background

Nice to Have:
• Agile knowledge
• ServiceNow tools knowledge is a plus
• Experience with large, complex projects in international context and matrix organisations

Non-Technical Skills
Must Have:
• Interest and fit in international environments, working alongside internal and external providers in an international context
• Solid structure/organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Results orientation and customer focus
• Ability to work as a group
• Ability to instill confidence
